                              ORDER

     Neals Janitorial Service (Neals) claimed entitlement to an equitable adjustment to the
price of a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the provision of
janitorial and related services at a federal building in San Francisco, California.  The claim
was in the amount of $34,748.39, representing increased wages paid to employees as a result
of a revision in a collective bargaining agreement.  A GSA contracting officer denied the
claim, and Neals appealed her decision.

     The parties have settled the case and jointly asked us to dismiss it with prejudice to
its reinstatement.

     The case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
