Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE: July 19, 2002 GSBCA 15874 NEALS JANITORIAL SERVICE, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Ralph B. Neal, President of Neals Janitorial Service, San Jose, CA, appearing for Appellant. Catherine Crow, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER Neals Janitorial Service (Neals) claimed entitlement to an equitable adjustment to the price of a contract with the General Services Administration (GSA) for the provision of janitorial and related services at a federal building in San Francisco, California. The claim was in the amount of $34,748.39, representing increased wages paid to employees as a result of a revision in a collective bargaining agreement. A GSA contracting officer denied the claim, and Neals appealed her decision. The parties have settled the case and jointly asked us to dismiss it with prejudice to its reinstatement. The case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
