                              ORDER

     On April 30, 2002, Vador Ventures, Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS-11P-99-YQD-0033, for providing commercial facility
management services at the Postal Square Building, Washington, D.C.  On November 25,
2002, the parties filed a joint stipulation for dismissal with prejudice stating that they have
settled the appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
