ORDER Betty Hamlin purchased an automobile at a General Services Administration (GSA) auction. Ms. Hamlin alleged that she incurred various costs as a result of GSA's actions regarding this purchase costs to repair damage to the automobile which occurred between the time of the auction and the time she paid for and removed the vehicle; costs to store the car until GSA provided the proof of title necessary for her to register it; and other costs. She appealed a GSA contracting officer's decision denying her claim for these amounts. The parties have agreed to settle this case. GSA will pay to Ms. Hamlin the sum of $626 in full and complete satisfaction of all moneys sought through the filing of the case. The parties have jointly moved the Board to dismiss the case.
