                              ORDER

    These appeals arose from contracting officer decisions relating to two leases awarded
to Midwest Properties, LLC.  On November 18, 2002, the Board received a Joint Motion to
Dismiss, signed by both parties, advising that these matters have been settled and requesting
that the Board dismiss the appeals with prejudice.  In accordance with this motion, these
appeals are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
