                              ORDER

    This appeal arose from a dispute between Amtech Elevator Services and the General
Services Administration concerning payments due under a contract for elevator maintenance
services.  On December 23, 2002, the Board received appellant's request for dismissal,
advising that this matter has been settled and paid.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
