ORDER HUB Realty Richland, Inc., owns two office buildings in Richland, Washington, which it leases to the General Services Administration (GSA). The lessor claimed entitlement to $98,876.82 under tax adjustment clauses in the two leases. GSA's contracting officer denied this claim, and the lessor appealed her decision. The parties have now settled the case, with GSA making and the lessor accepting partial payment on the claim. The parties have filed a joint motion for dismissal of the appeal. The motion is granted.
