                              ORDER
    
    This case concerns a contract for the purchase of a used school bus from the General
Services Administration (GSA).  By letter dated April 26, 2002, counsel for GSA advised
the Board that both the agency and appellant requested a stay of proceedings in order to
discuss settlement of their dispute.  The Board granted the request on May 3.  





    By letter dated June 24, counsel for GSA filed a stipulation signed by the parties
agreeing to the withdrawal of this case with prejudice.  In accordance with that agreement,
this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
