                              ORDER

     On March 18, 2002, Deanna Kortan filed a notice of appeal in connection with a
dispute under sale number 71FMPI-01-052, lot 2, concerning the purchase at auction of an
automobile.  On September 23, 2002, the parties filed a settlement agreement and requested
the appeal be dismissed with prejudice.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
