On February 19, 2002, appellant filed this claim in connection with contract number GS-09P-96-KTC-0070 for the construction of the United States Courthouse and Federal Building in Phoenix, Arizona. On March 13, 2002, the parties filed a joint motion for entry of judgment which stated in part: Dick and GSA have now been able to reach an agreement to fully and finally settle all disputes and issues associated with Appeal No. 15777. . . . Pursuant to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the amount of the stipulated award is $1,089,692, plus Contract Disputes Act interest on that $1,089,692 from January 25, 2002[,] to the date of payment to Dick. Both parties have certified that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from the Board's decision. The parties will file the necessary forms with the Department of the Treasury for payment from the Judgment Fund. Decision Pursuant to the agreement of the parties and Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation for entry of judgment and enters judgment as requested. The appeal is GRANTED in the amount of one million eighty-nine thousand six hundred ninety-two dollars ($1,089,692), with interest to be paid in accordance with the terms of the agreement. ______________________________ ALLAN H.
