                              ORDER

    On February 14, 2002, appellant, Enterprise Drive, L.L.C., filed an appeal from a
contracting officer's denial of its claim for reimbursement of real estate taxes in the amount
of $11,340.52 for the 1999 calendar year.  On March 14, 2002, the Board received a joint
motion for dismissal signed by both parties.  The parties state that the matter has settled and
request that the Board dismiss the appeal with prejudice.  Accordingly, this appeal is
DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
