                             ORDER

     Wright Tool Company appealed a contracting officer's decision asserting defective
pricing and assessing price reductions in connection with two contracts performed by
appellant under the General Services Administration Standardization and Control of
Industrial Quality Tools program.
     


     On April 30, 2002, appellant filed a Motion for Dismissal of Appeal With Prejudice. 
The motion states that the parties have entered into a settlement agreement regarding their
dispute.  Respondent concurs with the motion.

     Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
