This appeal concerns a claim arising under contract number GS-04P-99-EXC-0014, awarded by the General Services Administration (GSA) to Culpepper Construction Company, Inc. for construction of a courthouse annex in Tallahassee, Florida. By joint motion filed December 20, 2001, the parties stipulated to an award of damages in accordance with their settlement agreement, which contains an effective date of December 18, 2001. The motion states as follows: The General Services Administration will pay Culpepper Construction Co., Inc. the sum of $235,000 inclusive of all costs and attorney's fees. Interest shall be paid pursuant to the Contract Disputes Act from October 23, 2000 until payment is made. The parties also represent and stipulate that neither party will seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board's decision, and that neither party will appeal the decision. Decision Pursuant to Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation by decision. 48 CFR 6101.36(e) (2000). This appeal is GRANTED IN PART in the amount of $235,000, with interest to be paid at the rate established by the Secretary of the Treasury pursuant to Public Law 92-41 (85 Stat. 97) for the Renegotiation Board, from October 23, 2000, until the date of payment. __________________________________ MARTHA H.
