                              ORDER

     Appellant filed its appeal with the Board on December 5, 2001, in connection with a
contract with the General Services Administration for leased space.  Appellant sought
reimbursement of real estate taxes.

     On February 2, 2002, the parties notified the Board that the appeal has been amicably
settled.  Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
