                              ORDER

     On December 5, 2001, DHP Systems, Inc., filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number GS-06P99GZC0312, for the completion of the Thomas F.
Eagleton Federal Courthouse in St. Louis, Missouri.  On July 30, 2002, the parties filed a 
joint request for dismissal with prejudice stating that they have settled the appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
