                              ORDER

    This case involves a dispute regarding the termination of appellant's contract for
default.  In challenging the termination, appellant contends that the Government owes the
contractor an amount in excess of $165,000.  

    On June 2, 2003, after several months of settlement discussions between the parties, the
Board received a request from appellant to dismiss this case with prejudice. 






    In accordance with appellant's request, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
