                              ORDER

     Technical Property Services, Inc. appealed a General Services Administration
contracting officer's rescission of an award of a contract for architect/engineering services.
The parties have filed a Consent Motion for Dismissal, asking the Board to dismiss the case
without prejudice to appellant's right "to obtain a proper contracting officer's final
determination in this matter and to file an appeal thereto in the name of the proper appellant-
party."

     The motion is granted.  The appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
