                              ORDER

    On August 30, 2001, appellant, John L. Kavanagh, filed an appeal alleging that the
General Services Administration had defaulted in its payment obligations under contract
number GS-09B-99106 for leased space.  On November 5, 2001, the Board received a notice
from appellant's counsel stating that appellant had been paid and requesting that the matter
be dismissed.   Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
