                              ORDER

     On August 28, 2001, Michael R. Keenan filed a notice of appeal in connection with
a dispute under contract number 91FBP1-01-049, Lot 407, for a 1996 Ford Bronco.  On
November 20, 2001, the parties filed a joint stipulation and request for dismissal with
prejudice stating that they have settled the appeal.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128(a).
