                              ORDER

     On August 17, 2001, Schrager Auction Galleries, Ltd. (Schrager) appealed the final
decision of an Internal Revenue Service contracting officer denying Schrager's claim for
payment of auctioneer-related services.  On March 11, 2002, the parties filed a joint motion
to dismiss this appeal with prejudice, stating that the matter has been settled by mutual
agreement.

     Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
