                              ORDER

    This appeal was filed on July 6, 2001, by NVT Technologies, Inc.  Appellant's claim
arose out of contract number GS-04P-95-LLC-0022, with the General Services
Administration, to provide mechanical maintenance and elevator service at three federal
buildings located in the Miami, Florida, area.  On November 8, 2001, the Board received
appellant's request to dismiss the appeal with prejudice.  The request states that the matter has been resolved by the parties and respondent has satisfied all its obligations to appellant
under the contract.  In accordance with appellant's request, this appeal is DISMISSED
WITH PREJUDICE.
