This appeal arose from the termination of contract no. TIRSE-99-C-00009 between DGS Contract Services, Inc. and the Department of the Treasury. Appellant sought reimbursement of productive and nonproductive staff hours for guard services. The Board held an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) session on December 19-20, 2001, during which the parties settled the appeal. On January 8, 2002, the parties filed a jointly executed settlement agreement, which contained a condition that the appellant withdraw its appeal.
