                             ORDER

     The Board is in receipt of a letter from the parties dated July 16, 2001, requesting the
proceedings in the above-referenced appeal be suspended for 30 days pending the outcome
of settlement discussions.




     The parties' request is granted.  Proceedings in this appeal are hereby suspended until
Thursday, August 16, 2001.  On or before Thursday, August 16, 2001, the parties shall file
with the Board either a motion to dismiss or a status report.
