(Eric-Tec), appealed a General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer's denial of its certified claim for equitable adjustment under contract number GS-05P-98GCD0002 for security guard services at six federal buildings located in Chicago, Illinois. On November 20, 2002, the parties filed a joint stipulation of judgment, stating in pertinent part: The parties have negotiated the issues involved in this docket and have agreed to stipulate to the entry of judgment as follows: In full settlement of the claims contained in Docket No. 15610 GSA will pay to Eric-Tec the sum of Seventy-Five Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($75,000.00), plus interest thereon from May 8, 2002 until paid. The parties further stipulate that they will promptly submit certificates of finality to the Treasury Department's Financial Management Service to expedite the payment of the judgment entered by the Board on the basis of this stipulation. This appeal is GRANTED IN PART in accordance with the parties' stipulation of judgment. Rule 136(e) (48 CFR 6101.36(e) (2000)).
