                              ORDER

    On June 8, 2001, appellant, Andrew P. Levy, filed an appeal of a contracting officer's
decision, dated March 29, 2001, denying his claim in connection with the purchase of an
automobile through an on-line Government auction conducted by the General Services
Administration.  On October 29, 2001, the Board received a Stipulation of Dismissal signed
by both parties stating that the matter had been settled and requesting that the appeal be
dismissed.  

    Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
