This case involves a dispute regarding the appellant's claim for costs associated with a differing site condition allegedly encountered during the course of contract performance. Pursuant to the contract, appellant was to demolish and replace existing waterproofing located atop underground concrete slabs serving as the roof to the basement of the J. Edgar Hoover Building in Washington, D.C. Counsel for appellant has filed with the Board a stipulation, signed by counsel for the parties, which states that this case may now be dismissed with prejudice since all claims associated with it have been settled and payment made.
