ORDER A General Services Administration contracting officer denied a claim by Parcel 49C Limited Partnership for various adjustments to rental payments for space leased by the partnership to the Government, and the lessor appealed. Following extensive discussions among counsel, the parties have filed a motion to dismiss the case. The motion states that the parties have resolved their disputes and executed a supplemental lease agreement which incorporates the resolution. The motion is granted.
