                                 ORDER
 
        On March  20, 2001,  Michael  R. Keenan  appealed the  final
   decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer
   denying   his  claim  of   incorrect  description  and  assessing
   liquidated damages in connection with a  vehicle purchased by Mr.
   Keenan under sale number  81FBP1004055.   On April  25, 2001, the
   parties  filed  a  joint  motion  to  dismiss  this  appeal  with
   prejudice,  stating  that  the parties  had  reached  an amicable
   settlement of all matters in issue.

        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
