                              ORDER

    On March 15, 2001, appellant, Lawrence Wells, filed a notice of appeal from a
contracting officer's decision denying his claim of misdescription in connection with the
purchase of a 1993 Chevrolet pick-up truck from the General Services Administration.  Both
parties have now informed the Board that the matter has been settled and may be dismissed. 
Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
