                                 ORDER
 
        Bank  of  America, N.A.  (USA), appealed  the decision  of a
   General Services Administration  contracting officer interpreting
   terms of a contract for travel  and purchase card services.   The
   parties have filed a joint motion asking the Board to dismiss the
   appeal with prejudice to its reinstatement.
 
        To  give  effect  to  the  parties'  wishes,  the  appeal is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
