                              ORDER

     On February 13, 2001, Omniplex World Services Corporation filed this appeal from
a contracting officer's final decision.  Omniplex entered into contract 50-SAAA-600002 with 
the Department of Commerce for the performance of security guard services.  Omniplex
sought reimbursement for supervisory services provided under the contract.

     On March 2, 2002, the Board held an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) session
with the parties.  On June 18, 2002, appellant filed a motion to dismiss the appeal. 
Respondent has no objection.       Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED.  Board Rule 128.
