                                 ORDER
 
        On  December   21,  2000,   appellant,  Universal   Building
   Maintenance, Inc.,  filed notices  of appeal  in connection  with
   disputes under contract numbers GS-09P-96-KSC-0165 and GS-09P-94-
   KSC-0069 to  perform janitorial and  grounds maintenance services
   at  the Bruce R. Thompson and C. Clifton Young Federal Buildings,
   respectively, in Reno, Nevada.  On February 22, 2001, the parties
   filed   a  joint  stipulation  and  request  for  dismissal  with
   prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  these appeals  are  DISMISSED WITH  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 128(a).
