                              ORDER

     On December 21, 2000, appellant, GE Capital Information Technology Solutions-
Federal Systems (GE Capital), appealed the final decision of a General Services
Administration (GSA) contracting officer concluding that GE Capital had underpaid the
industrial funding fee under multiple award schedule contract number GS-35F-3013D.

     On January 15, 2003, appellant filed a motion to dismiss, stating that this appeal has
been settled and moving that this appeal be dismissed with prejudice.  Respondent has no
objection.

     According, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
