ORDER On December 12, 2000, Cardinal Investment Group, Inc., and Croesus Enterprises, L.C., appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration contracting officer effecting a rent reduction in the amount of $2420 due to alleged air conditioning deficiencies at the 2001 Building, 2001 Ninth Avenue, Vero Beach, Florida, under contract number GS-04B-32858. On July 25, 2001, the parties entered into a settlement agreement, and on August 7, 2001, the parties filed a joint stipulation of dismissal with prejudice.
