                                 ORDER
 
        On  October  13,  2000, appellant,  Sachs  Electric Company,
   filed  notices  of  appeal  in  connection  with  disputes  under
   contract number GS06P99GZC0300 for  electrical work in connection
   with  the construction of the Thomas  F. Eagleton U.S. Courthouse
   in  St. Louis,  Missouri.   On  May 7,  2001,  appellant filed  a
   request for  dismissal with  prejudice stating  that the  appeals
   have been settled by the parties.
 
        Accordingly,  these  appeals are  DISMISSED  WITH PREJUDICE.
   Rule 128(a).
