ORDER On September 6, 2000, and January 25, 2001, appellant, Farinha, Inc. dba Paragon Construction, appealed the final decisions of a Department of State contracting officer terminating contract number S-FBOAD-97-C-0019 for the convenience of the Government and denying a claim for costs associated with the termination of the contract, respectively. On January 29, 2001, the Board conducted a mediation in these appeals which resulted in a settlement. On January 31, 2001, the parties filed a stipulation of partial dismissal, and on February 14, 2001, appellant filed a stipulation of dismissal stating that all of the claims have been settled. Accordingly, these appeals are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. This dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice 180 calendar days from the date of this order.
