                                 ORDER
 
        This  appeal involved a claim arising under contract numbers
   GS06P95GXC0137  and  GS06O96GXC0134,  awarded   to  appellant  to
   provide  waste  containers.    On  February  5,  2001, the  Board
   received a  joint motion  to dismiss the  appeal with  prejudice.
   Pursuant to the  parties' motion and Rule 128(a),  this appeal is
   DISMISSED.
