Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 __________________________ DISMISSED: April 23, 2001 __________________________ GSBCA 15373 TWIGG CORPORATION, Appellant, v. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION, Respondent. Randal W. Wax of Shapiro, Lifschitz and Schram, P.C., Washington, DC, counsel for Appellant. Gerald L. Schrader, Office of General Counsel, General Services Administration, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER The General Services Administration (GSA) contracted with Twigg Corporation for renovation of the low-rise portion of the Columbia Plaza office complex in Washington, D.C. Twigg claimed that it was entitled to an increase of $32,558 in the contract price because it performed, at GSA's direction, additional work on the building's sprinkler system. The agency's contracting officer did not issue a decision on this claim, and Twigg appealed from her deemed denial of the claim. On April 20, 2001, Twigg filed a motion for dismissal of the appeal. The motion states that in full settlement of the claim, GSA has paid to Twigg the sum of $16,000. Accordingly, the appeal is DISMISSED. __________________________________ STEPHEN M.
