                              ORDER

     This appeal involved a claim arising under contract number T289005003, awarded
to appellant for operation of respondent's multi-functional resource center.  On October 3,
2000, appellant advised the Board that is has received payment in full for all monies and
relief claimed.  Appellant moves to dismiss the appeal; respondent does not object.  Pursuant
to appellant's motion and Rule 128(a), this appeal is DISMISSED.
