On June 8, 2000, appellant, Trataros Construction, Inc., appealed a General Services Administration contracting officer's denial of its certified claim for an equitable adjustment to the price of contract GS-02P-DTC-0033(N) for renovations and alterations to the United States Post Office and Courthouse in San Juan, Puerto Rico. On June 4, 2003, the parties filed a joint motion for entry of judgment, stating in pertinent part: [T]he Respondent General Services Administration and Appellant Trataros Construction, Inc., by their respective counsel, . . . jointly move the Board pursuant to Rule 136(e) to enter judgment in accordance with the attached Settlement Agreement . . . . . . . . The amount of the stipulated award is $75,000.00, inclusive of interest, costs, and attorneys fees. The parties each stipulate that they will not seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board's decision. The parties each stipulate that they will not appeal the Board's decision. This appeal is GRANTED IN PART in accordance with the parties' joint motion for entry of judgment. Rule 136(e) (48 CFR 6101.36(e) (2001)).
