                                 ORDER
 
        On  May  16, 2000,  Praedium  II Star  Two,  L.P. (Praedium)
   appealed  the final decision of a General Services Administration
   contracting  officer  denying  Praedium's  claim  under  contract
   number GS-07B-13604 for the leasing of office space, computer and
   other special purpose space, and storage and related  space along
   with seventeen  secured parking  spaces at  Five Corporate  Plaza
   Building,  Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.   On September 14,  2000, the
   parties  filed a  joint  motion to  dismiss  this appeal  without
   prejudice,  stating that the  parties have tentatively  agreed to
   settle this appeal through the execution of a supplemental  lease
   agreement.
 
        Accordingly,  this  appeal is  DISMISSED  WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
   This  appeal shall  convert  to a  dismissal  with prejudice  180
   calendar days  from the  date of this  order unless  either party
   requests reinstatement before that date.  Rule 128(b).
