This appeal involves a claim in the amount of $1,692,175 for additional work under appellant's contract for professional services in connection with the design and construction of the United States Courthouse, Central Islip, New York. The parties have settled a portion of their dispute for $700,000, which sum includes interest and attorney fees. The parties have requested that the Board adopt their settlement by decision pursuant to Rule 136(e) and have stated that neither party will seek reconsideration of, or relief from, the Board's decision and that neither party will appeal the decision. Decision Pursuant to the agreement of the parties and Rule 136(e), the Board adopts the parties' stipulation by decision.
