                                 ORDER
 
        On  March  28,  2000,   appellant,  Barnesville  Development
   Corporation,  appealed  the   decision  of  a  General   Services
   Administration contracting officer  denying appellant's requested
   reimbursement of  $18,307.43 for  real estate  taxes under  lease
   number GS-04B-36748.   On December 12, 2000, the  parties filed a
   Joint  Motion  for Dismissal  with  the  Board  stating that  the
   parties have executed a supplemental lease agreement that settles
   the  appeal.   The  parties  have requested  that  the appeal  be
   dismissed with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
