                                 ORDER
 
        On  March  22,  2000, appellant,  HBS  National Corporation,
   filed  a notice  of appeal  in  connection with  a dispute  under
   contract number  GS-06P97GXC-0020 for janitorial services  at the
   Federal Center Complex in St. Louis, Missouri.  On June 21, 2001,
   the parties  filed a  joint motion for  dismissal with  prejudice
   stating that they have settled the appeal.
 
        Accordingly,  this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   128(a).
