                              ORDER

    On February 29, 2000, appellant, St. Hill & Associates, P.C., appealed a decision of
a Department of Education contracting officer denying its claim for a breach of student loan
collection contracts.  On October 31, 2000, appellant filed a letter with the Board stating that
it will not continue the pending case and requesting that the case be withdrawn..   Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
