Board of Contract Appeals General Services Administration Washington, D.C. 20405 DISMISSED: November 15, 2000 GSBCA 15247-COM GS TECH, INC., Appellant, v. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE, Respondent. Thomas E. Dudley, III, of Kenison & Dudley, LLC, Greenville, SC, counsel for Appellant. Jerry A. Walz, Terry Hart Lee, and Amy Kiger Crotts, Office of General Counsel, Department of Commerce, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER GS Tech, Inc., claimed that it is entitled to $16,900.49 more than it was paid for the performance of certain janitorial services under a contract with the Department of Commerce. The contract was for building maintenance, landscape maintenance, janitorial services, and security guard services at National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) buildings in Charleston, South Carolina. A NOAA contracting officer denied the claim, and GS Tech appealed his decision to this Board. On the eve of a scheduled hearing, the parties reported that they had settled the case. GS Tech has now moved the Board to dismiss the case, stating that "the claim has been settled in full and the Appellant, GS Tech, Inc. has received payment in full from the Respondent, Department of Commerce." Accordingly, the case is DISMISSED. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
