(Compusearch) appealed the final decision of a General Services Administration (GSA) contracting officer under GSA schedule contract number GS-35F-0585J concerning a delivery order issued by the Justice Management Division of the United States Department of Justice for individual seat licenses for Compusearch's Windows PRISM Full Procurement Systems Software and related annual subscription support for use by the United States Marshals Service. On June 2, 2000, Compusearch filed a motion to dismiss this appeal without prejudice. Counsel for respondent has no objection. Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
