                                 ORDER
 
        On February 2, 2000, Mr. Norman Grizzle filed an appeal from
   the General  Services Administration contracting  officer's final
   decision  in connection  with  the purchase  of  a vehicle  under
   contract number GS09F99FBE8649.  Mr. Grizzle sought reimbursement
   of the termination fees in connection with the contract.
 
        On February 24,  the parties filed a Stipulation and Request
   for Dismissal of the appeal, as all issues have been resolved.
 
        Accordingly, the appeal  is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.   Rule
   128.
