                                 ORDER
 
        On February 1, 2000, NVT Technologies, Inc. filed an  appeal
   of  a  contracting  officer's decision  dated  November  2, 1999,
   withholding the amount of $4564  from the final payment due under
   NVT's contract for  the performance of mechanical  maintenance at
   the  United States  Federal  Building and  Customs House  in Fort
   Lauderdale, Florida.   On  May 18, 2000,  NVT requested  that the
   Board dismiss its appeal with prejudice.
 
        In  accordance  with  appellant's request,  this  appeal  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 128.
