                                 ORDER
 
        This appeal was filed on January 24, 2000 from a contracting
   officer s  decision  dated  November  8,  1999.    Appellant  had
   submitted a claim on June 1, 1999 arising from  lease No. GS-11B-
   30138  between   itself  and  the  respondent   General  Services
   Administration.  Appellant sought additional rent pursuant to its
   interpretation  of the  Tax Adjustment  Clause  contained in  the
   lease.
 
        On  February 29, 2000,  counsel for the  parties advised the
   Board that they  were engaged in  settlement  discussions and the
   Board suspended proceedings.   On March 31, 2000 counsel  advised
   the Board that  the parties had executed  a settlement agreement.
   On July 7, 2000, counsel advised the Board that all conditions of
   the  settlement  agreement   had  been  satisfied  and   filed  a
   Stipulation of Dismissal with Prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED.
