                              ORDER

    HG Properties A, L.P. appealed a decision by a General Services Administration
contracting officer denying its claim for restoration and waste damages under lease number
GS-10B-04512.  On November 16, 2004, the parties filed a joint motion with the Board
advising that the parties have settled this matter and requesting that the appeal be dismissed
with prejudice.  Accordingly, this appeal is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
